Before being Director of Incorbank S.A., he worked for different institutions, some of them are: the Colombian Stock Market, Colombian Western Stock Market, Sociedad Fiduciaria del Valle S.A., Corporación Financiera del Valle S.A., Centro Nacional de Productividad and founded its own company called “Asesorías y Factoring Corporativos S.A.”, which was specialized in consultancy of  legal and financial issues.

Mr. Pedroza is Lawyer – Social Economist graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana – Bogotá (1980). MBA at Universidad Icesi (Cali, Colombia) and Tulane University (New Orleans, USA). Master in Economic Politic at Boston University .

His most relevant experience is based on financial and legal advice for different sectors such as: Food, Dairy Companies, Construction, Financial institutions, Sugar mills, Biofuels, Pharmaceutical, Mining (Salt) IT, Hotels, Retailers, among others. In addition, he has been involved in legal and financial disputes related to the Pharmaceutical and Salt Industry in Colombia.
