Studied economics at Universidad de los Andes, and has a Master degree in Economics from the same University. Took a Negotiations course in M&A at Northwestern University “Kellogg School of Management” (Chicago, IL).

Since 2010 she started her career in Mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis. For two years she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in financial due diligence and since 2011 has been working at Incorbank S.A., elaborating numerous financial models and structuring for companies both in the commercial, industrial and financial sectors.
